Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to expertosmarketing.com, an informational website. They do not create a hotel or casino contract.
Publisher
The site is published by Unión Española de Expertos en Marketing S.L, represented by Tomás Blanco, Av. de les Corts Valencianes, 39, 46015 València, España. Domain: expertosmarketing.com. Email: semelisugag735@gmail.com.
The publisher is a Spanish company. It is not a Polish hotelier and not a gambling concession-holder. Correspondence about these terms should use the Valencia address or the editorial inbox.
The domain expertosmarketing.com is used for this informational guide only. It is not a trading name of Accor or of Casino Sp. z o.o.
Invoices, if any ever arose for a separate service of the publisher, would come from the Spanish company. They would not be hotel folios from Sopot.
Informational status
The website is an independent editorial guide. It is not the official website of Sofitel Grand Sopot, Accor, Casino Sp. z o.o. or Cristal Casino.
Nothing on these pages should be read as an offer, invitation to treat, or statement of availability issued by those operators. Headlines and captions are ours; operator facts are cited from public sources.
Concierge-style wording (dates, SKM, pier) is editorial help for planning. It is not a hotel employee speaking, and it is not a commitment that a desk in Sopot will perform a task you read here.
Press quotations, guest-name anecdotes and restoration years are taken from public hotel or operator materials. We paraphrase; we do not speak as their communications office.
Featured hotel and casino
The real property described is Sofitel Grand Sopot, Powstańców Warszawy 12/14, 81-718 Sopot, Poland, operated under the Accor Sofitel brand, with Cristal Casino on site operated by Casino Sp. z o.o.
We chose a working address so maps and booking engines can be checked against the same street. Public sources do not replace the operators’ own notices on the day you travel.
Accor lists GPS 54.447411, 18.568118 and Sopot Główny at about one kilometre. Cristal Casino is described by the operator as occupying the same street address. We do not invent a second building.
If the operators rename a restaurant, move a salon or change a concession notice, their pages win. This guide will lag until we update from public sources.
No affiliation
We are not employed by, endorsed by, or authorised to bind the hotel, Accor, the casino operator, Booking.com, or Polish public authorities.
Trade marks, including Sofitel, Accor and names used by Casino Sp. z o.o., remain with their owners and appear only to identify the subject of the guide.
Payment of a stay, a membership, or a casino entry fee creates no agency between you and this publisher. We cannot waive a door policy or a cancellation fee.
Mentions of Booking.com, Google Maps or gov.pl are citations and outbound links, not partnerships. “Authorised distributor” on Booking.com is that company’s relationship with the hotel, not ours.
Booking and third-party services
Live reservations, payments, cancellations, loyalty points and invoices occur on Accor, Booking.com or another distributor you choose. Their terms apply to those contracts. We do not collect hotel deposits here.
Google Maps, web fonts and outbound links are third-party services. Their outages or rule changes are outside our control. Read their terms before you pay or share a passport number.
Accor’s published check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00 for hotel 3419 are operator facts we repeat. Changing those hours is Accor’s decision, not a term of this website.
If a third-party engine shows a different rate than another engine, that is a distributor issue. We do not arbitrage or match prices.
Inquiry forms
Submitting a form is a request for information or a non-binding reservation inquiry. It does not confirm a room, a rate, a casino table, or any product.
We may decline to forward or answer a message — for example if it asks us to place a bet, to guarantee a suite, or to pretend we speak for the hotel. A reply from our desk is editorial, not a booking confirmation.
A complete inquiry still leaves availability unknown until you check Accor or a distributor. We may reply with links rather than a yes or no on a specific night.
Do not use the form to send payment-card data, CVV codes, or copies of ID. We will not process a stay against a card sent to the editorial inbox.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you take based on this guide, for outages, for third-party errors, or for losses arising from gambling — including loss of money, time or entry refused at the door.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence where the law forbids such an exclusion.
Examples of losses we do not take on include a missed train because SKM times changed, a restaurant closed for a private event, or a casino floor layout different from an atmospheric photograph on this site.
Where liability cannot be limited — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that is the law — these terms do not attempt to do so.
Accuracy and currency
Hours, menus, spa schedules, table mixes and transport times change. We aim to cite Accor, the hotel, Casino Sp. z o.o. and Polish public law, but we cannot guarantee that every sentence remains current when you arrive in Sopot.
Where a figure is unpublished — jackpots, live table counts, unpublished rates — we leave the blank rather than invent a number. Check the operator on the day.
Spa, dining and bar names (Grand Blue, Le Bar and similar) are taken from public hotel descriptions. Menus, opening hours and whether a terrace is in season are not frozen here.
Transport advice (GDN airport, SKM, the pier) is orientation. Timetables belong to the carriers. We do not sell tickets.
Prices and availability
We do not display live hotel rates. Any price you see on a third-party site is that site’s responsibility, including taxes, deposits and cancellation windows.
Rooms, suites and casino positions can sell out. An inquiry sent to us does not hold inventory. Use Accor or an authorised distributor when you need a binding stay.
Suite names such as the Charles de Gaulle Imperial Suite are hotel categories we list for orientation. Whether a category is open on your dates is a live-engine question.
Casino “availability” of a table or machine is never shown here. We do not publish jackpots, cashback or a guest list.
Age restrictions
Casino pages are intended for adults. Polish law requires persons taking part in gambling or entering a gaming centre to be at least 18 years old. Bring original photo ID if you intend to enter Cristal Casino.
You must not use this site to plan under-age gambling or to help a minor past a door policy. The age overlay on this website is not the casino’s identity check.
The Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 is the Polish statute we point to for the 18+ rule. We are not the licensing authority and we do not interpret borderline cases for you.
If you travel with minors, hotel family rules are Accor’s. Casino floors are not a children’s area. Plan accordingly using the operator, not this overlay.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not an income strategy. If play causes harm, stop. In Poland the behavioural-addiction helpline is 801 889 880 (17:00–22:00) and information is published at uzaleznieniabehawioralne.pl.
We do not encourage chasing losses, borrowing to play, or treating a hotel stay as a stake. We do not operate games and we do not offer bonuses.
Helpline hours (17:00–22:00) and the number 801 889 880 are public Polish resources. If those hours change, the operator of the helpline is the source of truth.
This site does not offer credit, “free spins”, or a chat that urges you to continue play. If copy ever sounds like an invitation to stake more, read it as a failure and tell us; the intent is the opposite.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout and generated editorial images are owned by the publisher or licensed to it. You may quote short passages with a link; you may not copy the guide as a competing commercial site.
Official hotel photographs remain with their rights-holders. Our images are original generated editorial artwork, not the hotel’s media kit and not a substitute for a press download from Accor.
The Baltic Ledger layout, Cormorant/Manrope pairing on this domain, and generated façade or salon images are part of the publisher’s presentation. Re-skinning them for another casino-hotel informational site is not allowed.
You may print a page for personal travel planning. You may not republish the FAQ or history timeline as your own brochure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the host, scrape in a way that overloads the server, or post unlawful content through the inquiry fields.
Automated harvesting of this guide for another booking portal is not permitted. We may block traffic that looks like an attack without prior notice.
Flooding the inquiry form, posting malware URLs, or attempting to bypass the age overlay by automated means is misuse. We may discard those submissions and, where appropriate, inform the host.
Fair quoting for criticism or review, with credit and a link, is not scraping. Bulk copying of every room description into a competing portal is.

We are not responsible for their content, availability or booking outcomes. A broken official URL should be reported to that operator, with a copy to us if you wish the guide updated.
Ministry pages on legalny-hazard and provincial lists of permitted casinos are public law orientation. They are not a personal licence for you and they are not legal advice.
We check important outbound links when we update a page. A 404 on a third-party host after that date is their change, not a secret withdrawal of the hotel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
Courts of València have jurisdiction for disputes arising from the publisher, except where the law assigns another forum — for example a consumer’s local court that cannot be waived.
Choosing Spanish law reflects where the publisher is established. It does not move a hotel contract you later sign with Accor into Spanish courts; that contract has its own terms.
If you are a consumer living in Poland or another EU state, mandatory local protections — including where you may sue — still apply to the extent the law says they cannot be waived.
Changes
We may amend these terms when the guide, the law or the featured operators’ public facts change. The new text is published on this page.
Continued use after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the revised text, except where a separate consent is required by law.
We may add a language, a new legal page, or a clarified FAQ without asking you to re-tick a box, because those are still informational uses.
If we ever offered a paid product of our own, we would describe it separately and would not hide it inside a silent terms update.

Complaints about a stay, a bill or a refused casino entry must go to the operator who took your money or checked your ID. We can only explain that this site is not that operator.
