Guide / Hotel
Opened on 30 June 1927 as Kasino Hotel Zoppot, the building was designed for spa-town guests and the adjacent casino. Accor now operates it as a five-star Sofitel with 126 rooms, a private beach and gardens on Gdańsk Bay.

Construction began in 1923. Architects Otto Kloeppel, Richard Kohnke and Erich Laue shaped what the hotel still calls a “Pearl of the North.” Early bathrooms even offered a separate tap of Baltic seawater. After the 2005 restoration the house reopened as Sofitel Grand Sopot, with additional rooms and a wellness zone including a swimming pool.
