Cookie Policy
This policy describes cookies and similar technologies on expertosmarketing.com, published by Unión Española de Expertos en Marketing S.L. It is not Accor’s or the casino’s cookie notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website you visit. They can be session files, which expire when you close the browser, or persistent files, which last until a set date or until you delete them.
This site also uses browser local storage for the age acknowledgement and the cookie choice. We treat that storage like a cookie for transparency, even though it is not sent automatically with every HTTP request.
Some files are first-party, meaning this domain sets them. Others are third-party, meaning another company sets them when you load its script, font or map. This policy names both so you can decide what to allow in the browser.
Pixels, local storage, session storage and similar tools that store or read information on your device are treated here like cookies when they serve the same purpose, in line with EU ePrivacy expectations.
Who sets them
First-party storage is set by expertosmarketing.com. It remembers only what this guide needs to function: that you confirmed being 18 or older, and whether you accepted optional analytics.
Embedded maps or fonts may set third-party cookies if you load those resources. Google Fonts is requested from Google’s CDN on every page. Google Maps loads only on the Location page. We do not set Accor or Booking.com cookies from this domain.
We do not allow a casino operator pixel, an Accor advertising tag, or a Booking.com tracking script to run from this domain. If you later open those sites in a new tab, their own tags may run there.
A content-delivery network that serves fonts may see your IP address as a technical request. That is Google’s processing if Fonts load, not a stay booking.
Strictly necessary
We need a way to remember that you closed the cookie bar and that you confirmed being 18 or older. Without that memory the overlays would trap every page load and the guide would be unusable.
These flags are necessary for the service you asked for — reading an adult casino-hotel guide without repeating the same two dialogs. They are not used to advertise rooms.
Polish gambling copy on this guide is for adults. Remembering that you already confirmed 18+ avoids showing the same legal gate on every internal link, which would make the site unreadable.
The cookie banner itself needs a short memory of your choice. Otherwise the bar would cover the footer on every page even after you had answered. That memory is not used to price rooms.
Preference storage
Keys such as em-age and em-cookie live in local storage on your device. Their values are short flags (for example “18” or “necessary”), not a travel itinerary.
They are not shared with Sofitel, Accor or Casino Sp. z o.o. Clearing site data for this domain removes them.
The key names are deliberately short and local. They are not sent as a query string to Accor and they are not written into the inquiry email unless you mention them.
If you use several browsers or devices, each one keeps its own flags. Accepting analytics on a laptop does not accept them on a phone until you choose there too.
Analytics
If you choose “Accept”, we may use aggregated analytics to understand which guide pages are read — for example whether the history page is opened more often than the FAQ. We do not use that choice to retarget casino offers.
If you choose “Necessary only”, we do not enable optional analytics. You can still read every editorial page, send an inquiry, and switch language by URL.
Aggregated counts, if enabled, might show that the casino-history page is read more often than Nearby. We use that only to decide what to keep accurate, not to build a list of named travellers.
We do not combine optional analytics with the contents of your inquiry form. A message about dates stays in mail; a page-view count, if any, stays separate.
Duration
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Local storage remains until you clear site data for expertosmarketing.com.
Analytics cookies, if you have enabled them, will not be set for longer than thirteen months without a fresh choice. After that period we treat the optional consent as expired.
Thirteen months is a ceiling for optional analytics consent, not a promise that a file will last that long. We may expire or replace a tool sooner.
Necessary flags last until you clear them because the alternative is to ask the same two questions on every visit, including when you only wanted the FAQ.
Legal basis
Necessary storage rests on legitimate interests in running a lawful, non-repetitive interface and in keeping an 18+ control in front of casino copy.
Optional analytics rest on consent. You may refuse analytics without losing access to editorial pages. Consent can be withdrawn as described below.
Legitimate interests for necessary storage are balanced against your interest in not being tracked for advertising. These flags do not feed ads for Sopot hotels.
If you are a child, do not accept optional analytics. The site is not directed at children; casino pages are for adults.
Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you delete local storage for a single site.
Blocking all storage may force the age and cookie banners to reappear. That is expected: the site has nowhere left to remember your previous answers.
Private or “incognito” windows often drop local storage when the window closes. You may see the age and cookie bars again next time. That is the browser, not a reset we force.
Browser extensions that block third-party frames may stop the Location map from loading. The rest of the guide, including the address and GPS published by Accor, remains readable.
Third-party booking and maps
Accor, Booking.com and Google operate independently. Their cookies are governed by their policies once you click through or load an embed.
A map on the Location page is an embed, not our booking desk. If you prefer not to load Google at all, use the “Open in Google Maps” text link only when you choose to, or skip the map.
When you follow an Accor or Booking.com link, you enter a contract and a cookie policy we do not write. Cancellation windows, prepayment and loyalty login sit there.
We cannot delete a cookie that Accor set on all.accor.com. Use that site’s own tools or your browser’s site settings for that host.
Do Not Track
There is no single industry standard we can honour uniformly across browsers. A DNT header alone does not replace the banner choice on this site.
Use the on-page buttons and your browser settings. If both disagree, the last explicit choice stored as em-cookie is what this site follows.
Some browsers send DNT by default; others never do. Because the signal is inconsistent, this site uses an explicit banner rather than guessing from a header.
Global Privacy Control and similar signals may be honoured in future if a stable, widely implemented standard exists. Until then, the on-page choice is the reliable record.
Withdrawing consent
Clear site data for expertosmarketing.com, or email semelisugag735@gmail.com and ask us to note that you refuse optional analytics on future visits from a named address.
Reloading the site will show the banner again if the preference flag is gone. Necessary age confirmation may be asked again for the same reason.
Email withdrawal is useful if you no longer have the device where you clicked Accept. Name the approximate date if you remember it; we will treat future optional tools as refused for that address.
Withdrawal does not make past aggregated counts “un-happen” if they were already stored without identifying you. It stops new optional collection.
Updates
We will revise this policy if we add a new category of storage — for example a new font host or a new analytics tool. The current version is dated August 2026.
A new optional tool will not run until the banner can describe it. We will not silently extend “Accept” to a purpose you were never shown.
Adding a new font foundry, a new map provider, or a new analytics product is a change of category. We will name the provider and the purpose before it runs with consent.
Fixing a bug in the age overlay or moving a file from one path to another is not a new cookie category by itself.
Categories at a glance
Necessary: age gate, cookie-choice flag. Functional: language is selected by URL (/ or /pl/), not by a language cookie. Analytics: only with consent.
This publisher does not sell marketing cookies and does not run a casino or hotel loyalty pixel. Third-party booking sites you open in a new tab are outside this list.
There is no “personalisation” cookie that rearranges room photos for you. The layout is the same for every reader of a given language URL.
Social networks are not embedded as share buttons with trackers on these pages. If you copy a URL into a social app, that app’s rules apply.

Questions about Accor’s or the casino’s own cookies must go to those organisations. We cannot change their files from this domain.
Write “cookies” in the subject so the message is not treated as a hotel inquiry. Describe the browser if a flag will not save; we can say whether the overlay is expected.
For cookies on sofitelgrandsopot.com, all.accor.com or casino-polska.com.pl, only those organisations can change what their domains store.
